Got a tow dolly with electric brakes

Bad news is I'm in Baltimore Maryland. It has brand new tires that have never seen the road new lites. All the straps to tie down the car. We just purchased a cargo trailer we can drive the car in. Looking around $1000.00 for it.

Thanks for the response. Baltimore is a bit far for me to go (11 hours). I think I'll try to find something closer to home. Thanks anyway.
