That's not a skillet, it's a pot, 10" deep???
You live where you should be able to find an old 'rendering' pot that you could cut down and braze a handle on it.

cabellas, bass pro, local craigslist, goodwill are some places to check. hit up a few saturday yard sales too.

I call it a cast iron Dutch oven and I got it a Cabelas. Don't use it much anymore now that we are at race tracks instead of the wilderness but man there is nothing better then chicken that had slow roasted for 8 hours in that thing!

Just take the one you have and cut it into 4 pcs make it the size you want and braze it back together.

Lol thats maybe a solution but I'd hate to cut up a cast iron skillet that's been handed down for years.
My dad's dad used this skillet when camping under a tarp along the great wapsi river cat fishing many many years ago.
