Slidout binding

Our Tsunami slideout (dinette/couch) binds going in and out and needs two people to help it move. We are leaving on a trip and all the service shops are booked until next week. Any Suggestions???

What year is your Tsunami and at what point is the slide binding, beginning, middle or end of travel? What sort of noise is it making? Is it going in and out evenly?

slideout binding

The Tsunami is a 2005.
I removed the wood panels above the slide to expose the motor, chail and cable linkage.
The pulley bracket on the rear end ic loose and the cables crossed and appeared to cut one of the cables.

I can get the slide all the way in and make it drive able but getting access to change the cable is going to be challenging.

Thanks for the reply
