2012 Forest River Solera slide issue

We recently purchased this unit and really love it . We had the dealer adjust the slide. A flew weeks later noticed a tear in the fibreglass panel under the slide adjacent to the sidewall with scrape marks up to about 8" in. It appears that the plastic slide support , visible when you lift up the carpet flap with the slide in the fully open position has been modified in such a way that it does not support the slide when closed under the sidewall of the slide. The tear in the underside of the slide appears to be in line with the edge of this 4.5" in wide plastic strip. I believe it's possible that the slide after adjustment could have had the weight redistributed to an unsupported panel after alignment adjustment. Obviously if this modification is standard on other Soleras I will have to reevaluate my theory. If any of you have this model Solera 24 S with Lippert slide it would really help if you can compare your lift strip to mine and post a photo . I am trying to determine if I need to replace this 4.5" x 111" strip so that it supports slide under sidewall before repairing slide damage and getting adjustment rechecked. Thankyou for your help

Photo of slide damage

Any other ideas as to cause nothing appears to be stuck under the slide. Picture shows damage floor depressed at tear, shiny part of frame coincides with edge of floor adjacent to ramp strip when closed. Again thanks for any assistance. Cushion shown was to block sunlight

Thankyou for posting the picture,
it was a big help. I looked up underneath slide and took another photo that showed the problem, Soleras are cut back like this in order to avoid having the trim strip on the corner make contact with the slide bar. The end of the corner trim is not protected. Which means that there is only a very narrow adjustment in which the slide is actually supported by the sidewall in my case the dealer adjusted and aligned the slide as part of he purchase agreement . The damage was discovered shortly after. When I measured the slide location it was at least 3/4 "off centre and when closed the slide bar lined up with an unsupported part of the floor. Which is just 1/8" fibreglass. In the photo you can clearly see where the slide bar edge lines up with the tear and the scratch on the bottom is caused by the slide actually dropping down and making contact with the floor. It's going to be interesting to see if the dealer stands behind their work. My slide is so far out of alignment that the wear bar on the front is actually just starting to make contact with the corner trim.any further and it would have peeled the corner trim. Photo shown needs to be rotated clockwise 90 degrees.
