2013 Solera 24R -Side Panel removal on the loft above the cab

Has anyone ever removed the side panel covering the front cap above the cab. I need to access the screws holding the front cap on.

Aren't the screws under the rubber strip that runs completely around the front cap. I would think you would remove the caulk on the strip and pull it off to access the screws.

Yes, the screws are under the gimp trim, I think that water was following the gimp trim and flowing down to the bottom of the Cap, which in turn rusted the self tapping screws they used to attach the the Cap to the frame of the RV. I replaced all the screws with stainless screws. Now I have to wait for new gimp trim. Please go to this post for pictures and additional info: http://www.forestriverforums.com/for...de-171151.html.
