open external storage door to under bed compartment

on inside wall is a circular access door ( not the one by rear external storage door )

open, reach in & down to pull up valve

there should also be low point drains with caps just back of the coach door steps ( look up, sometimes coated with undercoat )

Try this!

Another topic on the same issue. He never go back to us. But in the bathroom under the shower is a switch that is for winterizing. Try turning the switch around to all positions and see if that works. Please let us know the results.

Update, someone else has already posted the photo on RV.net

Spoke with my salesman and he says it's not the one by the shower, as it has to be below the F/W tank. He believes it's under the coach.

I have the same Solera. Look in the rear driver's side bin; you will see the back wall is actually a lift up door. Drain valves are in there.
