25 inch rubber tipped poles

Anyone know the reason I received (2) 25" poles with my Solera S? They don't fit the slide.

Don't fit the slide as in, with the slide all the way in they don't fit between the wall and the slide fascia? Should be slide travel locks...maybe wrong size got grabbed. Cut them down to fit snuggly.

Are slide locks standard? First I've heard of them. Didn't come with our 2014 24R..

They should have been in your 24R. The only reason you would ever need them is IF your slide failed and you had to disengage the slide mechanism to manually bring the slide.

Thanks, Joshua. Coincidentally our Solera is at the dealership for several small issues, including slide opening less smoothly than when new. Hopefully some small adjustment is all it requires.
