Adjusting Sub woofer on W

I have the sub woofer adjustment turned way down on the Jensen but sub woofer still banging too much. The sub woofer lies below the 2 drawers under the closet. The wires run in on the far side which I can not see. Doesn't appear that the sub woofer is removable. Are there adjustment screws on that far side that I can not see?

Another audio question. With 4 surround sound speakers on the ceiling are the cab speakers non functioning?

The cab speakers work with the Magnadyne. Should work with the Henson.

There is a crossover adjustment and a gain adjustment on the subwoofer itself on the side that has wiring and rca on.

I will try putting a small mirror on the backside to see if I can adjust. When the sub woofer activates on bass notes all the thin luan cabinet boards surrounding the area vibrate loudly.

Mirror and flashlight worked. A slider switch between 2 frequencies I left alone. Two frequency dials I adjusted to the center. I turned the volume dial down almost all the way until I could here bass but no vibrating cabinets. Seems fine now.

I have a 2015 Coachmen Prism 24G that has the same problem with the sub-woofer.. I have turned down all the adjustments in order to stop the vibration. I believe the problem is the way it is mounted. Unless I can figure out a fix, I will probably just take it out, and use the cabinet for storage.

Put both the frequency controls in the center and the volume control just barely on until you get some bass. If still to loud on the balance menu of the Jensen unit you can turn down the sub woofer even more.

Thanks, SSmbs.
I'm not sure which controls you are talking about. Do you mean the controls on the sub-woofer itself, or the Jenson unit, or both?

3 knobs on the sub woofer and an additional adjustment on the Jensen in the dash. Mine came with the dash unit adjusted to center but maybe yours is adjusted high.

Thanks!
I believe I only have 2 controls on the sub-woofer, but I'll check it out the next time I go over to the RV.
BTW, the Jensen in my unit is in the saloon, not the dash unit, so it may be a different sub-woofer.

It was installed so close to the corner of the compartment !!!
It is no longer a problem,,, in the basement of our house in a box !!!
