Banging Kithen Counter Extention

I have a 2015 24-R.

If I break hard the counter extension swings free of the undersize magnate. the result is a terrible crash upon it's return. It can't be good for the cabinet and it's hell on my nervous system.

Fix anyone?

1. don't brake hard.
2. since 1 might be difficult...stronger magnet. make sure the round portion of the magnet actually has a solid magnet in the middle of it. I have seen some where the round "holder" portion is installed, but then the magnet is not actually placed in the middle. So you would see a round metal piece with a screw in the middle.
