If I hookup a battery maintainer to the chassis battery of my Solera (with all batteries fully charged), will it maintain the house batteries? If not, will a low amp battery charger work?

It will only maintain the chassis battery. I put a second one on my house batteries. IMO if you live in a non-freezing climate and occasionally start the vehicle they are not necessary. Cold weather and non-use are hard on a batteries.
