The Bigfoot stabilizers on our new rig were energizing on their own, as described here. Good news! I followed the directions that the bclemens got from the Bigfoot engineer and things are working perfectly now.

If it happens in the future again, I'll know what to do about it.

Thanks for making this information available bclemens.

Whew...(wipes brow). I always hope it's something simple. Glad to hear it worked.

Well after over a month in for stabilizer repairs, got the word today they (Camping World) are going to order new motor and tank for our system. Haven't heard anything concerning a timeline for the parts and the "Repair". Sent them CW, the links from BClemons, and the factory service dept. Guess that didn't work out for CW service dept. Really getting fed up with CW and Forest River, and Quadra Mfg.
Wonder how long this will take!

As far as I know if you disconnect the antenna...you can use them manually. We may stop shipping key fobs and antennas if this continues.

Great! How do you disconnect the antenna? Not worth the hassle for now.

Manual mode?

Antenna? Manual mode? Lost me on this. Didn't know there WAS a manual mode for the stabilizers. Guess I missed that point on the walk thru.

In the rear storage compartment (at least on the ones I have seen lately) there is a box on the wall that receives the key fob signal. Should be able to control it there. Althought if you haven't seen it...maybe that was a later add on.

Which version Solera are we talking about here Brian? My 24S has the box underneath the coach in front of the spare tire. It never has worked very well I mostly use the manual switch in the right front storeage compartment.
