BigFoot Stabilizer jack pad

Ok just replaced the leaking stabilizer but how do I tighten the bolt holding the jack pad. When you tighten the bolt the entire shaft rotates. Don't want to put something on the shaft that could scratch or damage the shaft.
Thank You

How about a strap wrench on the shaft? Or an air impact wrench on the bolt.

Just got off the phone with Quadra and they say use a impact wrench and all my problems will be solved. Now all I need to do is find an impact wrench to borrow. Think the BIL may have one.
Thank You
