"Cable" problem 2015 Solera 24R

Hi,

OK, I'm stumped. I cannot get the cable connection
to work on my 2015 Solera 24R.

I've read that it could be that I need to shut off the
antenna booster, but.....

I have no idea where to find the antenna booster or
how to shut it off.

The antenna wire and power wire from the TV comes into the cabnet
above the RV door. There is a power plug there for the
TV and a connector for the antenna wire from the TV.
There is also another plug set with a short cable (3 inches) that runs
from one connection to another (makes no sense).

But there is no "green light" and no button to push to
turn anything off. So, can anyone with a 2015 Solera
tell me where to find and shut off the TV antenna booster?

Also, someone said that they found a wire from the outside
cable connector that was not connected. Where do I look
for this problem?

Thanks so very much.

The booster push button is a bit hidden, between the 12VDC outlet and coax connector. If it was on, it would be lit up green and the King antenna signal bars would be lit up a very bright blue.

In regards to connecting CATV, (to the outside CATV input that is on the utility side of the Solera) do you have a small coax jumper on the two coax connectors that are also in the cabinet?

here are some drawing that BC had put up some time ago. Scroll through them until you find the one for your set up.

My power antenna is on the overhead (ceiling). It rotates and has a series of blue lights indicating signal strength. The on/off button is on the housing. Turn the antenna off the blue lights go out.

It's located above the exit door. 2015 Solera 24R

That's one half of the equation. That turns off the attenuator, but there is still an antenna power button on the 12V wall plate that the TV plugs into.

Just checked, correctamundo. There is a second switch for the power antenna. Wish I'd known that before I threw the TVs out (smile)
