Climate control issues

Was running the dash A/C in the cab and played with the climate controls since I started hearing a high pitch squeal or air noise. I turned the knob back and forth and then stopped getting cold air coming through the main vents. Not sure what I did but the instructions state that you should only change temperature settings in small increments but doesn't say what happens if you don't
It kind of seems like a diverter is stuck or something like that because the the flow of air is cut way down. It's may have happened before but with the heater so if anyone else has experienced these issues I would appreciate hearing about them and if there was anything I can do to resolve them.
Obviously I am in summer mode and want the A/C to be set at maximum.

While I was out in May, I started hearing a noise in the A/C fan. After getting to a camp that night I checked and found that some how a plastic bag had gotten into the air intake and was wrapped around the fan blades. I could possible see something like that happening to you with the bag going through and blocking the vent?

On my 2012 "S" the dash vents open as I move the control on them upward, then close and seem to divert the air flow to the vents on top of the dash. You might try setting the dash vent controls in the middle of their range.

I'd re-read the Sprinter manual on A/C control functions. If that doesn't solve your issues, looks like a trip to an authorized MB Sprinter dealer for repair under warranty. Good luck and keep us informed as this has been a great source of knowledge for all who read this forum
