On the 2010 Solera, can anyone tell me if the converter is a 3-stage converter, allowing the batteries to be topped up without over-charging if left on shore power for long periods of time?

Should be a 3 stage yes.

A model number of the electrical distribution center would be helpful

My 2011 Solera had the WFC "3 stage" converter. Pretty sure it led to an early death of my battery. Replaced it with the Progressive Dynamics converter. NO regrets.

CaptDan nailed it.

To replace it, I found it easiest to cut a new access panel in the plywood under the bed and work from above. You can access it from he cargo bay but its at arms length and a tight fit for working on it. (Note its behind and above the water heater which is the big white thing in the picture.)

NOte (off topic) while you are looking at that picture that there is a fuse for the water pump tied into that wire bundle. Good to know if pump stops working but it means you have to take thw wall out of the cargo bay to access it.

Thanks, Cousin01. The photo is really helpful! I am not really interested in replacing my converter. I just replaced both house batteries after 6 years of use. Pretty impressive. I just want to be sure that I can plug into shore power for extended periods of time without over-charging my new batteries.
