Does the warranty transfer?

Does the warranty (3 yr, 36k) on the Solera transfer upon resale to a second owner?

When we purchased are PopUp, 2nd owners here as well, we knew some things were still within the Warranty time frame. I asked the same question to the dealer "does the warranty transfer?" . Their response was "NO, but wished they would transfer".

Not sure of others encounters, but this was ours.

Are you discussing the 12 month RV warranty or the Mercedes powertrain warranty? I'm assuming powertrain as you mentioned 36 month. That should transfer just like a car-call a mb truck dealer to make sure. I'm sure jamiller will chime in on Tuesday when they get back to work.

RV manufacturers are reluctant to stand behind their products after sale to original owner. Why would they cover unit to second owner? Might get lucky and have PT covered. They are like the dinosaurs of the auto industry here in North America before the competition arrived.

The mb does. I had problems with mine that I bought used and it was covered.
