My caps are screwed on; the same screws that hold the extender brackets on (see my photo, above).

Also, I can't pull my wheel covers off by hand; need a large screwdriver to pry them loose first.

Well I know I can pull the right side wheel cover off with one hand. I think I'm going to put a plastic tie wrap to make sure it can not come off.
