If you use that train horn, at least they'd have to change their shorts before they could start shooting. ;-)

I hooked the Wolo Bad boy up along with my regular horns. Sounds like a big truck. I also put back up alarms front and back on my truck for when I work at the race track. The front is on a switch. It helps move through crowds and also is great for the guy that takes a nap at a red light.

Oops, oops, oops! I did not mean FR...my bad! Do note that I did mention MB half-way through my tirade as I realized that the duck-call horn is part of the MB chassis...so give me at least 1/2 credit Mr C as it had to be Freudian at that point? If I knew how to go back and edit my post I would change the first FR to MB!

Please accept my apology on this one. However I'm sure that you will mention to them[MB}, for us, this problem if you ever have a chance, ja? Ya gotta admit that horn downright s-u-c-k-s(!) for the size of the vehicle, ja ja?

No worries. I saw you mentioned the MB half way down. Just making sure it's noticed.

If you wire in a relay, then you won't have problems. Check out 12 volt.com for free wiring drawings..can even print them.

I installed one in my Honda Helix that had the meep meep horn too.
Even tucked in behind the radiator and inside the front cowl when I hit this one it sure gets driver's attention.
The sound file on the web site does not do the horn justice.

A quick search and it shows up at numerous auto parts stores.

Hope this helps some.

I LIKE AND THNX for THAT!. Checked it out on eBay and can be had for around $35-$40 at this date. Also avail. is a wireless button which can
fire it for around $30 which let's me still use the original duck-call horn
whenever I want to embarrass myself, or others? I know that I can hook her
up with a relay, if need be, but with my luck I'd immediately somehow blow out all 6 tires on the highway or somehow launch the Fantastic fan high into the air like a drone(if installed that way...) and unwittingly have the FBI tailing me for the rest of the trip ending with a stern tongue lashing by Barry(using a teleprompter, of course)? Just sayin'...that's MY luck, that's all! The easier, the better for me, at this stage ;]

My best to you and all! Thnx for all the great advice. FR community to the rescue with a few belly laughs in-between (including TURBS link to those custom installed, monstrous train horns with teeth...YIPES!)!!!
