Engine block heater for 2013 sprinter engine

I have a new 2013 24r and live in Alaska. I was wondering if anyone has installed or knows where to install a block heater on the newer V6 mercedes engine.
I it has a glow plug system but all vehicles in this state must have a block heater or engine circulation heaters installed otherwise diesel engines will not start at sub zero temps.

Thanks for the help

Did you buy it in Alaska? If so, I would think your dealer could make arrangements for an install. Typically a block heater is installed in a blowout plug in the engine block - don't know how hard that would be to get to on the Springer! You can probably find the parts as a kit online. Good you're taking care of this before cold weather gets here!
