Just push up ward on the tabs and then pull the flap outward

Get the DW to do it and if it breaks it wont matter, if you break it the whole weekend will be ruined

We took a trip in our 2012 Solera to Wyoming and Montana in September (our first) and got over 17 mpg a number of days. We were pleased! Oh ... and we loved the Solera! LOTS!
