Hello,

Here is a shout-out to April at the Forest River Customer Service Desk.

My refrigerator stopped working in Denver. So I called the FR number to see where to get service in the area. She told me to call Dependable Mobile RV Service and Repair. I did.

Tony told me he was sorry, he was swamped. He couldn't get to me until 7:00pm. That day! I thought that was pretty darn good service so I asked him to come over. I was at my daughters house. At 6:45 he called to apologize because he was stuck in traffic on I-25 but nevertheless arrived at 7:20, and left 45 minutes later after having repaired my fridge.

Amazing service! Very competant! Nice guy!

Hi,

The sheet metal chimney thing that you can see above the burner was all rusted and scaled inside. He took a big screwdriver and banged on it and an amazing amount of paper thick scale flakes came out. Then he blew it out with the compressor.

Also, he checked the gas pressure and it was nine. Hr said it is supposed to be 11 so he adjusted that too.

Now it works like a charm.
