Forum Site Broken?

Things have changed this week on the Forest River Forums. It does not work as it should. I cannot access my User CP. When I look at a thread and click on the Back to Forum link, nothing happens. I have tried with Google Chrome and with Internet Explorer with the same results.

me thinks you have a problem... perhaps a virus? Go to Malwarebytes | Free Anti-Malware & Internet Security Software
download the free version and run it and see what it finds. Make sure you do not click FREE Trial when installing...

Mine is working fine. My navi buttons as well as CP.... I am in Firefox. It could be a Virus, cache, cookies or a DNS setting.

Problem after Login

I scanned my system, nothing bad found. Cleared my history, cache, etc. and reloaded the Forum home page. It all looked good until I logged in. As soon as I log in, the page layout changes and things don't work as they should. I'm stuck! This is the only site that I am having an issue with. Everything else is working normally.

I noticed that the location of the Solera forum was different on the MH group, but everything seems to be working OK.

Mobile app looks OK, but I have not found access to the User Control Panel in the mobile app.

Wait for new server

I see they are moving the Forum to a new server tonight. I'll wait and see if things look better tomorrow.

last couple of weeks there seem to be new ad types on the right margins... when I move my cursor off a post to read it, I inadvertently put it on an ad... (DON"T EVEN HAVE TO DOUBLE CLICK IT) the next thing I know I have a giant popup ad in the middle of the screen that I have to X out of... always shrinks down to those damn ads on the right margin again... happens to me all the time... I use Chrome exclusively

It's a server side issue. It's been better recently, but for a week or so prior I kept getting stalled pages, features not loading or responding to input, database error messages and the like. A couple of other folks were seeing the same and mentioned it on the board.

I'm sure they'll get it taken care.

Since you have tried everything else, you can try a DNS cach flush. Open command prompt and type ipconfig /flushdns I had to flush while using cisco and net gear routers often for the work I do.

Still broken for me

Flushdns did not help, either. I think this all started when I inadvertently clicked on or moused over one of the ads or something on the right of the screen. Since then it has been only semi functional.
