If you have a "typical" Dometic RV refrigerator there isn't a compressor, it's an absorption system - not like residential units.
No absorption on 115 volts would be; unit unplugged (accessed at the intake grill), tripped AC breaker, fuse (in the lower control board), faulty or burned out absorber heating rod or a faulty lower control board.

The temp cut out switch OC mentions is a thermofuse. If that is tripped it would be a indication of a problem with the boiler and likely to happen when ON propane.

Have you put a thermometer inside to double check?

Dumb question: is your Motorhome level? It dos not take much, like in my sons driveway it will not work on 110 - but on propane. Just asking...
