Fuses

I have a 2010 Forest River Solera 24S with lippert coach steps. Does anyone know where the 6A fuse is located that is used in conjunction with the power source that is only hot when ignition is "ON".

Not quite sure what your asking. The fuse for the step is behind the stairwell panel.

Looking for the fuse that is used to safe guard system when retracting coach steps when the ignition is turned on.

Not familiar with your chassis (not coach) fuse panels but I believe one of them will have the fuse for the ignition on (12 volts) input to your step connector. It may be something other than 6 amp and provide more than one function (check owners manual for chassis fuse functions). I don't think it would be an inline fuse.

Not sure where it may be located but have you looked at the fuses under the driver's seat on the door side. There are some fuses in that area.
