It was supported with wood screws that pulled out. See picture

Yep had one on V-Light as it had a rear bedroom . Camper bounced around so much the bracket holding rod broke. We need more plastic as it love's to fail. I went to Lowe's got me some metal holders put them in and then reinforced the holder by gluing small 1/2 x 1/2 wood strips underneath of round holder. Never had a problem after that. However mine was the round rod type. Later RJD

I purchased a piece of sheet metal 1/16 inch thick at Loews, painted it white and screwed it to the ceiling with many, many self tapping screws. I then reattached the rod to the metal. Has stayed up since.

I just put small expanding anchors in.

This was also a problem on our last camper. Exact hanger different camper manufacturers. 15 years apart. You'd think somebody would figure out that 3 wood screws into 1/4 inch plywood won't hold 50 pounds of clothes. DUH! It's not rocket science.
