Help with furnace start-up please

Just went out to make sure the furnace is working before we head out for the week-end. This is the first time I have tried to start-up the furnace.
The blower blows, but no heat. The instruction manual refers to turning the manual valve at the outside LP tank. Looked at the LP tank, didn't see any on/off valve.
Would appreciate directions on how to fire up the furnace.
Thanks.

Doesn't your LP tank have a valve on the top of it?

humm ... I just turned the thermostat in the RV to heat and the blower on auto. It warmed up the coach last year ... I didn't do anything with anything else.

There is a fuel gauge, fill cap and vapor knob on the front. Nothing on top.

I guess I'm not familiar with that arrangement. Can you shoot a picture? I'd like to see it. One great thing about this forum is the education you can get and it looks like this could be a learning experience for me.

I think they mean the valve on the tank, try to recycle it, by turning the furnace off and back on again to reset it. Also turn your stove burners on to make sure they lite. Did you get the tanks refilled by any chance?

Does your cook top/oven work?

Can you see the hose inside the enclosure for the LP tank?
If you can then follow it to the valve.

Again, I'm missing something. This is the thermostat in my Solera. I just put the fan on either lo high or auto and set the temp. I don't have to turn something on or off outside.

Try to turn the stat off wait 3 mins and turn it back on. You might have to recycle it. You do that by turning it off and on again. It the burner didn't lite it will try 3'x then lock out on safety. Do you also have a heat pump? plus a propane furnace? Will your heat pump work?

Debbie, they are talking the tank shutoff valve case it trpped on excess flow. OP the vapor valve is the shut off valve. Try to close like a faucet and reopen slowly. If fan is running it cannot be slow due to low voltage. Make sure coach power is 13 volts. If no fan air flow will not enable gas valve.
