Have you look if water is coming out of your pressure relief valve on the hot water heater?

I'm not clear where you're indicating the leak is coming from? Is it under the camper? Could it be leaking from the hot water low point drain?

The two pipes are low point drains.
If the cap is lose it can be tightened with a wrench.

The pressure relief valve is located behind the metal "door" on the side of the camper. You would see it leaking as it will be running down the side of the camper.
