Under the rear of the vehicle up around the spare tire there should be a drain hose. My was located on top of the spare tire when I first looked for it.

Also there are two hoses under the unit behind the coach step which drain the water system and hot water heater.

Thanks. We'll check that out. May be seeking your advice again!

2011 Solera S. The fresh water holding tank on mine...open large bay door street side. There is a panel about a foot square with a handle on it. Remove the panel and reach as far down as you can towards the left and there is a valve. This drains the fresh water tank.
The low point drains are located directly behind the steps. A red pipe and blue pipe with screw off caps..Remove the caps and you can drain the lines (only). This does not drain the fresh water tank..
In the electrical, city water, sewer compartment is a hose that just "lives" there and this is the intake hose for winterizing. Turn the winterize lever, insert the hose into a jug of rv antifreeze and turn the water pump on and it will suck water into the the pipes...NOT THE FRESH WATER TANK.

Wow. Seems like the location depends on the rear.

The fresh tank drain on my 2012 is in the same location as Slow_movin's. If you open this panel you can see the fresh water tank and the drain valve.

Thank you all so much! We found it in the back storage compartment on the passenger side. There is a small black panel that when removed gave us access to the valve that controlled the fresh water allowing the water to drain onto the spare tire.

Thanks.

Goes to show you can learn something new every day. I just checked that compartment and sure enough there's a valve there for the flash water tank. My was in the open position which is why when I unplugged the hose under the unit water came out of it. Thanks all for the info.
