Inside view mirror

I drive my coach alone some of the time, and it sometimes make surprising noises. I'd really like to be able to take a quick look at what's going on in the coach behind me.

Has anyone installed some sort of inside rear view mirror? Maybe above the rear camera display or something?

I've looked at auto parts stores and at Camping World, but haven't seen anything that looks like it would do the job and be relatively easy, and clean, to install...

Try a Boat store.
They have convex rear view mirrors for watching skiers behind you.
