is there a 12v fan behind the refrigerator on the 2011 solera s?

the refrigerator is working now on both shore power and lp when parked, but not while traveling. dometic says maybe a negative pressure at the vent... if there were a fan (as there is in some refrigerators) and it had failed, then i would pull the refrigerator. too much work unless i know for sure...

I have a 2 fans on my 5er fridge on the outside and they run if the fridge is turned on no matter sitting still or moving down the highway and the fridge always works.

Just wondering. ..... is your fridge in a slide out?

Are you getting "check" light on while traveling?

nope, not in slide out.
check light does not come on.
just had refrigerator worked on at ford rv refrigeration in benton, ky. (very nice folks, btw) they say this is a very unusual problem and i should add a fan if there isn't one... they got the lp working... didn't know about the problem in transport until after we left.
