Our Jensen VM9726BT radio failed. That model has been discontinued by Jensen so replacement is not an option. I've ordered a Pioneer AVH-X490B. I might have it installed soon and will report on results.
The green/red light on the switch works and you can hear a woofer thump when it is turned on and off but the screen has no action whatsoever.
On the advice from Jensen tech support, I tried the reset button at upper right of the power switch and I tried a long main power off but it remained dead.
The VM9726BT has been discontinued by Jensen. They offered a flat-rate $150 repair with me paying for shipping both ways so I decided to change to a similar Pioneer model which should arrive today. I'll have to pay a local installer to swap it out because I can't figure out how to remove the Jenson. Unfortunately, I will also have to pay extra for a house call because the 6-wheel chains are on now ready for our heading south in January. We need the chains to get down our steep and winding 1100' driveway without crashing if there is any snow on it.
I'm just not willing to drive long distances without Sirius XM any more. I was going to use the CD player instead but that's also dead.
