Met a Solera owner on I81

I met a Solera owner and his wife off I81 in Virginia this past Saturday, I think near Winchester VA (?) at a truck stop. He had a new Murphy Bed model, I told him about the RV show I had just come from in Hershey PA. I showed him picture off the Leisure Travel Van I just bought at the show, he told me about the Hellig 7254 sway bar. Forgive me, but I forgot your names! Thanks for being so friendly!

I have yet to physically meet another Solera owner. Hope we will when we do the FR rally in Charleston in November. Wonder if you met Taylorsgo? They are on there way from NC to SD.

I don't think so, these people were on their way to a wedding I think in PA on Sunday (today). I sure wish I had a better memory for names!

Taylorgso - Are you coming through Yankton, SD? Will you be in SD during the Buffalo Roundup in Custer State Park?

Probably not - we'll be crossing state late evening Thursday to arrive Spearfish Fri morning. We got behind our schedule and will be driving nights to catch up. Don't know about roundup. Our hosts are planning our itinerary!

Guess you'll miss that cup of coffee (or beer) that we were going to treat you to! The Roundup is where the SD Parks folks round up around 1300-1500 buffalo every fall. It's fun to see! Enjoy your trip and safe travels!

Yes we will be there. But we won't be driving the Solera, so it'd be hard to spot us. It is a tourist attraction and attended by lots of people! If you end up going, PM us and we will PM our cell and maybe we could meet and say Hi!
