Observations: TV audio plays through the Magnadyne ceiling speakers while playing a DVD. When watching TV over antenna, audio plays through TV speakers. Has anyone added speakers to the audio "outs" for better sound, or is there a way to play the audio through the ceiling speakers when on antenna. Just wondering since so many mods and fixes are shared in this thread.

Has the same issue on our previous Genesis unit. Had to hook up some RCA cables to another input for the TV to play through the stereo and used a Y splitter for the DVD to play through the TV. You should have a wiring schematic for the Magnadyne unit in the manual that will detail the connections out.

On my Magnadyne, the TV audio outputs are connected via RCA connectors to an input on the Magnadyne - Aux 2, I think. When watching TV, if I switch the Magnadyne to that source (again, Aux 2 I think) the TV audio plays through the Magnadyne. Best to switch the TV to Speaker Off and fixed audio output (otherwise volume control on TV will effect input to the Magnadyne - to high and noise; too low and no sound). I think BClemens has posted a video demonstrating this.

Fire wood rack

I wanted a way to carry fire wood and still use the hitch for tow dolly so I made a rack. It added about 16lbs.

well I will be towing a Nissan Juke and don't want to put fire wood in it. We haven't had the problem of no fires allowed we are over 140% of nornal rain fall for this time of year in this part of AL. We kept a fire going all day in the middle of Aug. in AL. and it felt good.

Where do you go in Alabama that you like? We've done Gulf Shores, but maybe looking for a good place mid Alabama for a quick get away. (We work in Daphne Alabama)
