Brian, you answered all of my questions (well except for the TV) and, again, a nice design.
Regarding the TV, I'm referring to the wall next to dinette versus cab-over. The wall would be a nice location for people sitting in the front seats (now you have a nice cocktail table, what a great place to relax and watch TV from there) and hopefully not too close for rear-facing people sitting at dinette. Another benefit is obviously more space at cab-over for tall people sleeping there.
I'm just a dreamer not an engineer. It may not work out for many reasons. That's why most of my dreams stay in dream.

New floor plan

No oven?

If not can you get one as option?

Right now we have no plans to move the TV from its cab over position. We're working on a new bracket right now that might give us some flexibility going forward...but the best viewing is still the dinette area, not the swivel front seats.

There has always been (and will continue to be) an option to add an oven in place of the drawer.

The S has 67 cubic feet of storage. The W will have 50.

So this is 24W? I'm seriously thinking favorably of this floorplan. What are the specs and options? When will units be available for sale? When will FR or dealers start taking orders?

Should start hitting dealer lots in Feb. Dealers are taking orders now.

Brian -

Can you clarify this a little. It appears from the Sunseeker brochure that the new model has an unloaded (UVW) weight which is higher than the 24R. I was under the impression that UVW did NOT include passengers, but your statement above would seem to imply that it does that. So, does UVW include passengers and, if so, how much weight is assigned per person?

Thanks!

Dave

I wish I could clarify it a little more...but alas, I really can't.

All I know for a fact is that the first W that come off the scale weighed in at 9791 with a quarter tank. An R that was weighed that same week was 9837 on the scale (also with a quarter tank)

My point about "on paper" being heavier was when a CCC was figured. That would take off an additional 154 lbs.

UVW does NOT include passengers...that has not changed. But we do an internal paper calculation for CCC and that figures 154lbs per seatbelt.

Is this on Sunseeker only? I contacted RV Direct and was told they'll only get it under Sunseeker not Solera.

Sunseeker MBS and Forester MBS. Not sure the timeframe for the Solera phase out.

Brian, can you please post the Forester MBS brochure including W floorplan as well? My dealer sent me an order sheet that includes different options (color schemes mainly) from previous lines. I'm confused.

Brian, looks like a great lay out. One question, is the toilet still a gravity drain or did you have to go to a vacuum style due to the location? If a gravity type is the black water dump located on the passenger side of the MH?

Thanks for sharing the new model with us and for answering so many questions on this site.

gravity. The valve is on the passenger side, then I think we ended up with a cable pull on the driver side. Slope is there per code for the drop.

Including my chairs ,barbecue etc
Don't know if I could do without

Nope...different design, different storage areas. As listed in post #64, the S has more storage than the W

So does it have an area to store large things outside . The thing I hated about my trailer was I had to store my propane bottle and my dirtybig chairs inside the unit.

I guess that depends on how large those things are. There are several good side storage boxes...none as large as the 24S. Once we get some more units online I'll try and get some more pictures.

W has ~25% and ~33% less exterior storage than S and R respectively. Where did that space go? I can see W has larger grey and black tanks than R but still smaller than S. Interesting.
