Here is a sampling of our gas floor plans.
Floor plan - Cubic feet of storage
2500 - 50
2650 - 110
2700 - 47
2800 - 73
3010 - 101
3050 - 81
3100 - 129
3170 - 80
As you can see, one 30' floor plan has 49 cubic feet more than another. It all just depends on the design, where things lay out, etc. The largest contributing factor is how much we can encroach UP and INTO the bed base.

One of the main reasons we bought the s (no w or r made yet) was the storage vs the view which had none
And the open feeling you get with slide open. The new w looks like it must feel huge in side
We will ck it out when local dealer gets one

It is quite impressive how open the floor plan feels. Mainly because of how deep the slide is.
The 24S big storage compartment is nice, but there are several decent size compartments on the driver side, including utilizing the back of the U-dinette,

Does this mean W gains more under the bed storage than R? That is a reasonable trade off.
Another question - is the bathroom in W bigger than R because of the wash counter top inside?

No, that's why the R and S have more storage, because we can cheat up under the bed base more.
Bathroom certainly feels big to me.
Video? I can't wait for VR goggles. Cuts out a lot of questions. Once we go into full production I'll be sure to get some video.

Love the u-shaped dinette and walk-around bed for sure!

Hi Mr. Clemens,
Also note that there is hardly any storage inside the RV what with the bins above the bed gone and the bins above the dinette gone.
Is there any possibility of getting some of them back even as an option?
Thank you.

No option. Everything you keep adding in, takes aware from carrying capacity. The Sprinter chassis has its limitations.

Brian, any more photos (or video) to show the exterior storage compartments?
Is ladder an option?

Ladder is not an option at this time.
As soon as I get more pictures I will post them here. I can't get more pictures until we go into full production on that floor plan.

Here are a few more. To make the weight work, most of the storage was put on the driver side along with LP tank. Black & gray on passenger side, which only leaves one storage compartment on the passenger side. For some reason I can't find that picture...but there is fairly large box just behind the door. (similar to the lower storage compartments shown here.
These are pieces together...but you get the idea. There is 50 cubic feet of ext storage.
I should be able to get some video towards the end of the month (assuming my schedule cooperates)

We're 8-10 weeks for non paint, 10-12 weeks for full body paint.
