No hot water from spigot

I have a new 2014 Solera 24RLS and tomorrow we arrive at the rally but I thought I would post here to see if anyone has ideas before we arrive.

Set up on a KOA for the night and hooked up to water and electric. Turned on the water heater switch inside the MH after getting the air out of the WH lines by turning on the spigots until water was running with no hissing or air. Waited and waited for hot water. NONE. Checked the WH was on outside on propane. OK. Electric switch was off. Pressed the WH pressure relief valve and a lot of air escaped. Turned off the WH switch inside and opened the spigots again but only luke warm water came out. Opened the relief valve again and got lots of hot water but still no hot water inside.

Any ideas?

Reads like your water heater bypass valve is still bypassing, mixing hot with cold water will give you luke warm not hot.

Close the bypass valve.

Thanks. Just checked bypass valve. Was in closed position because our unit was delivered winterized to dealership and the dealership did not completely dewinterize it.
