Are there any obstructions or wiring in the floor between the kitchen and sofa/dinette of the 24R? Or is it just the 3 layers of plywood. I want to attach these. They bolt through the floor and the anchor point is removable. To hold our bird cage while traveling.
Be aware that if you puncture the floor you will need to seal that puncture from moisture intrusion from underneath the coach. Is there a way you can use the existing cabinets as your anchor points, using some other type fastener. Like building a small wooden base with maybe 2" sides that the cage can rest. Then teather the top toseveral anchor points attached to the cabinets to prevent tip over.
