Also, for those who have switched the converter out, do you know if the output to the coach batteries is greater than the current supplied by the chassis alternator. Sprinters alternator, is very heavy duty in that it is rated at 14V/220 amp. That really kicks the coach batteries, if sensing a need for a charge when driving. I was wondering if the output on the gen set/transfer switch/converter path to the BM controller is similiar in charging current.
found this info on desulfation:

Hello. I bought the remote pendant for my converter but now having trouble locating the converter in the RV. I have a 2016 sunseeker 2400w mbs. I looked first under sink by water heater and did not see it??? Any ideas?

Does the W have a drawer below the undersink cabinet in the kitchen by any chance?

If so, pull out that Drawer and you may find it.

That is where it is on the R. Close to the batts and cutoff switch.

Does your unit have a progressive industries distribution center?

I'm going to take a closer look to see if I can find the PD9200 on mine, but I'm not quite convinced that is what was installed. I didn't receive a manual for the PD9200 however I can confirm that I have the Inteli-Power 4000 Series which is the AC/DC Distribution Panel and Inteli-Power Converter with built-in Charge Wizard. And according to their website it's a 4-stage converter, yet the manual only discusses 3-stages. I suppose it's possible that there is another device mounted underneath the rear bed (S plan) that I haven't found; however I don't quite understand why I would actually have the PD9200 in addition to the Inteli-Power 4000 which is apparently a converter itself.

Some times they use a distribution center of one model "less" converter and then they install a deck mount unit away from the distribution center.

Interesting, thanks for the insight TURBS. I did receive a reply from Progressive Dynamics and the 4000 series (if installed as the all-in-one unit) is indeed a 4 stage converter.

I do have a progressive distribution center. Although I haven't found it I remember hearing it was a four stage for 2016 for sure. I had looked under the drawer by the sink maybe I missed it. I will look again.

Look at the area below the closet. If you have a drawer there, pull it out and check behind it near the floor. That is where it is on some 24Rs

Well I looked under the rear bed more thoroughly, that is, more thoroughly without removing any panels and didn't see anything that looked like a converter. At this point I'm not certain whether I have just the all in one PD4000 series or a combo of the PD4000 power center and a PD9200 converter. I suppose unless I wanted to get the charge wizard remote which appears to only be an accessory for the PD9200 and not the all in one PD4000 it's moot. Both are 4-stage according to the manufacturer. Just thought I'd investigate to try and help out kysunseekermbs since he bought the remote. I suppose if you figure it out you'll let us know.

The 4000 series has the converter built into the distribution center, as well as integrated charge wizard.

Open up the panel door and look for a flashing red light.

Must be hooked to shore power.

This is what I have and I'm lead to believe it's indeed the all-in-on distribution center and power converter rather than a special installation of merely the distribution center and a separate converter installed elsewhere. I'm not really sure why FR would go to the extra expense anyway. Nevertheless kysunseekermbs I'm not sure the charge wizard remote is going to be of much use if you have the same thing. This is located under my stove/oven on the S floor plan.

When you open the door do you see the red light flasing?

I looked and I'm going to look again but I have yet to find the red light. And yes, I'm plugged into shore power at the moment.

I don't have the 4000 but rather have the 4500 but it a small square hole with a flasing led and a button.
It's hard to even push the button it's so far back in the case.

I'll take a pic in a bit.

On our 2012 Solera "S" the converter is separate and is located under the bed. Several have reported it can be accessed by removing back and side panels from the large rear external storage bin. Don't know if FR moved the converter in the Solera "S" since our model.
