Did you need to work through Forest River Solera warranty service, or did you get replacement "vents" directly through window manufacturer customer service? Have you had the opportunity to try out the new thicker glass windows on the road yet? Your comments have been most informative.

Both. Got the phone # here on the forum from Bclemens, part# from forest river (Mike) and BC and then I talked directly to Hehr. Great customer service again from FR and outstanding service from Hehr - read the previous post about wrong windows....
Btw I am slightly outside the warranty window but they covered!!!!!!
No more flexing, no more rattling so far...I am on the road right now, but no wind, waiting for x-wind situation.

Ours was an all wind situation. Anything above 50. I didn't call FR, just dealt with Hehr. Used info from the forum here and also sent Rose pictures so she could make sure I got the correct ones. Mine should be shipping soon. Can't wait.

The dinette window in my 2014 R sounds and looks like it's going to break in a cross wind .the glass is not heavy enough or needs a shield in front of glass to stop wind from forcing the window to flex between glass and side panel.

I received my new windows this week and they are super easy to install. Took less than 20 minutes. After a long drive in super windy conditions I can say this has corrected my problem.

My compliments to Hehr.
