Real Levelers Hit Driveways (Bottom Out)

In steeper graded driveway entrances (mainly exits) my leveler stabilizer jacks scrape and hit the pavement. How can you minimize this as I do not see how you can adjust the jacks so they ride higher on the unit. Has anyone damaged their jacks by hitting them too hard? It is a solera 24R model

The only thing I know to do is to angle the RV so you're not going straight up or down as you make the transition from one grade to another. The less "straight" that you go effectively reduces the transition angle, but you need to have enough space on the road / driveway to drive at that angle.

Like Dave stated just angle and take it easy, I've hit my pretty hard on a couple of times and haven't done any damage yet. If damage ever does occur you can get replacement jacks from Bigfoot Levelers. Hope you never have to thou.
