Rear View Safety Camera

My 2011 S has the Rear View Safety camera. Does anyone know where the control unit is located?

Should be near the steering column.

It's located behind the fascia, below and to the left of the steering column, on my 2015 R.

Now i am stumped. Looked under the dash left and right of steering column. Nothing there.

Any other ideas?

Did you look behind the plastic above the hood release latch? That's against the left side of the cab, to the left of your feet...

Hi Robert!

Have you checked under driver's seat? It's usually near the fuse box, so that is a little odd. What kind of camera is it?

It's under the dash to the left of the driver. Mine was just kinda crammed up there.

Never did find it. Apparently there is none. Took it to my mechanic and they replaced the camera which had failed. He said there was no box.

The bill was $950. $350 for camera. Also included replacing the hot air furnace duct under the refrigerator. The factory had cut it too short so they didn't bother to hook it to the furnace.

The multiplexer on my 2015 MBS 24R is behind a small panel above the fuse box just to the left of the driver's left knee. I had to remove a screw on the bottom of the panel. The multiplexer was secured with a wire tie.
