refrigerator problem - insufficient cooling

Solera 2011S
The problem: insufficient cooling. Freezer is 20F, refr is 48F.
So far I have:
checked the fan behind the refr - running
checked to see the condensate drain has a full trap of water - ok
checked the roof vent - no obstructions
checked for ammonia smell, or yellowish powder - neither observed
blown out the burner flue with compressed air
checked the gaskets - no leaks
checked all fuses and breakers
checked on both gas and electric - identical performance
checked position of thermistor on fins (temperature control) - all the way up. as specified in manual.
waited 48! hours - no change
Any thoughts on what I might have missed?

Thanks in advance

Check out where we have been discussing this:

Turbs added fans and today I worked on mine.

Thanks for the reply. I read the entire thread, and don't see anything that would help.

I have a 120mm fan on the back already. The refrigerator worked flawlessly last year, even in Texas heat. I keep looking for something that has changed or broken.

I think that when we leave for Michigan, we will go via Kentucky, and stop at Ford RV Refrigeration. They seem to know more about these ammonia units than anyone else. Google them. They have lots of YouTube videos to help with diagnostics... We had a similar (but slightly different) problem two years ago. We stopped there and they fixed it. Very nice people.
