Regulating Fridge Temperature

Any ideas on how to fix freezing problem? Have a 2014 Solera and have yet to figure out how to stop the Fridge from freezing food and beverages. Have tried moving the “slide” on inside of fridge in several different positions, but does not make any difference. After about 48 hours everything starts to freeze. Thanks!

Make sure the tube is attached to and moving with the slide. Move up to raise temp.

Had the same problem with our new camper this summer. If we didn't get into to the refrigerator very often during the day the temperature inside would slowly drop to freezing (have a wireless thermometer). Moved the slide up to raise the temperature but didn't have any effect. Found the slide was moving but the tube inside the slide was staying in the same position. Drilled a 1/4" hole through the plastic slide and ran a small zip tie through the holes to secure the tube to the slide. Problem was solved.

That’s what the Snip-the-tip is supposed to help.
