Shattered shower door

I went out yesterday to get my 2015 Solera 2400R ready for our next trip and found the fixed pane on the shower door shattered. Everything was fine 4 days ago. Temps in the 80's. No movement in the coach since then.

I called my dealer and they said that it is it a warrantee item. I have less than 7k miles on this since June. We have only used the shower once or twice. My feeling is that this is a manufacturers defect and should be covered.

I understand that they think I could be lying about this and I did something to damage it, but that is not the case.

Any thoughts?

According to your post they said it is a warranty item, what's wrong with that?

Not sure if you are lying or not? Take the Warranty repair and call it the day.

As it turns out, after a call to customer service at Forest River, it is not a warrantee item, however they are going to cover it.
