Slide out questions

I have a couple of questions:

What maintenance is required? Lubication? What is normal issue if one side is noisier that the other?

How to retract if a motor or electronics fail? Is there a manual mode?

We're going to need to know the year, make and model of your camper to help figure out what kinds of slides you have (i.e. who makes them).

Slide out question for Solera 24R

I have a 2013 Solera 24R. Currently the Left side of the rear slide is noisier than the Right side of the rear slide.

I have an "S" Solera, so I am not familiar with what slide mechanism is used in the "R" model - however, I believe Forest River uses Lippert slides, so you can probably find the information you are looking for here:

That's a Lippert IN-Wall.

Manual retraction is on the lippert sight and is posted on this forum as well.
