Solera 2014 water heater bypass

Can't find the hot water heater bypass. Read all the previous post on this, but still can't find it. Anyone know where it is?

Mike

I don't know on the 24R, I have a 24S the bypass is under the bed and very hard to get to. I would be looking at the areas under the H/W heater should be around there some where!

Mike

Looking at the floor plans for the 24R, is there any compartments in the wardrobe area? If there's a grade under the refrigerate look behind it. My is in that area but more so under the bed.

There is a panel under the wardrobe. I will check behind that. Thanks much.

The hot water bypass is behind the panel below the wardrobe across from the lavatory sink. There are six screws to remove. Next year I will try to reach the three valves by removing the drawer above. Tight squeeze but might save the removal of the screws.

richhop25 thanks.
Just went and pulled the drawer. Definitely doable with the drawer out.

Would be nice if the units were shipped with removable stickers to identify the locations of these type of items. I do not think I would have found the low point drains had it not been for this forum. They were buried in foam insulation. I kinda tripped over the water filter under the bed. It's location (after I found it) makes sense given the proximity of the water tank, but I would have expected to find it elsewhere.

Glad you found it. When I went to switch mine this year I couldn't find the third valve. After looking for quite a while I found that the screw had come off of the valve handle and it had fallen off. I was able to get it turned off but it's going to be a bear trying to get in there to fix the valve. Think I'll wait for Spring.
