Solera 24M Slide Out Control Box

I couldn't figure out how to attach a picture in a private message. The control box for the slide out on the 24M is under the fridge, just pull the drawer and its on the right hand side.

Which reminds me...please post questions on the forum (unless it is of a sensitive nature) as opposed to private messages, that way others can also benefit from the answers.

this seems like a very inconvenient place to put the control box.difficult to access, read and push controls.

just my 2 cents

It's only the brain in case there is a problem. You shouldn't have to access it very often (we hope not at all). Drawer comes out by pushing the black pins on the slide rails...a decent amount of room at that point.

When you're trying to stuff 10 gallons of stuff in a 5 gallon bucket...you get creative.

The control box is allmost impossible to get inside the opening to read it.
I also posted my slider problem.......and said I could push the lagging side and it went out fine and returned fine.....trying it again today, it will not move to go out.........so much for that temp fix...
Taking it for service.........will let you know the outcome!!

Did you see if you're getting a fault code on the Schwintec control module? As shown above it will show an error code.

The only other options is to call for service.

Ours would do that occasionally too. We would 'back it out' ie send it the other way for a few seconds and that always seemed to fix it. Make sure the sheets etc aren't caught up in the gears. My husband would spray the tracks with silicone and that helped

Merry - I have been wondering how you are doing! Still in Florida, or are you back in California?

Any idea where it is in the 24R? For both - the rear and side slide?
