Solera 24R and 24S 2014 dimensions vs. 2013?

Are the exterior dimensions of the 2014 R and S models different than the 2013 models?

sort of. I list a serial number start somewhere on this forum. I don't think it was a precise 2013 to 2014 cut off. We switched when we ran out of the old style chassis....so there may be some 2014's with the old build.

So is there differences in the 2013 & 2014 dimensions....no, but there are dimensions differences between the old build and the new build. Basically they got 5" shorter and 3" wider. No wholesales changes. Lengths remain the same.

I'm not at a point to trade mine in ... but that is a nice improvement. I don't mind the corner bed, but I'm the one hugged up to the window and with a husband and two dogs also in it, it is a bit crowded!

Maybe you just need smaller dogs.

both of mine are small (25 lbs) ... but they can stretch out enough to take 90% of the bed!

I just looked at what 3 inches is ... I had originally thought you said 3 FEET. 3 inches isn't going to make much difference. 3 Feet does ... but that would be a bit over kill. Ok ... I'm going back to work now

It is amazing how much room a small dog can take up. We have a king bed at home and the DW and I are still trying to get enough room in it.

Mistie jumps on our bed… always stretches out crosswise - the only commend she doesn't understand is "Lay lengthwise." So we have to wrestle her into position!
