Solera 24R /sofa/ Table and pedestal storage
Has anyone with the 24r sofa option, come up with a good place to store the tabletop and pedestal while traveling? Thanks

We just stored ours under the sofa. We seldom use a table inside so removed the table and sofa and installed a nice leather reclining loveseat. Is so much more comfortable and we have a couple of folding tv trays we use when needed.
Good Luck

We're looking at redesigning the sofa to match what we are doing with the Theater seating.
Put a little metal grommet in the arm, and then have a small table that pops down into that grommet (its hard to see the table here...but you get the picture). My thought is that you get the table whether the slide is IN or OUT.
Would you all prefer this set up? Or the Big table on the pedestal? Maybe we can still do both.

Would be nice if they were available together. Also if this was available for us ordering one in February.

I'd prefer the new proposal over the pedestal / big table...though it might depend on whether the sofa arms would be removable (as I recently discovered that the current setup provides!)

Since we're going to buy one by next Summer and this may be available by then, I want to cast my vote for both! I love the design. Is it a 3 seater with 3 sets of seat belts? Also it would be really nice if we order a dinette now but later have the option to replace it with this sofa. Possible?

The new design would be better. The tabletop (heavy) and pedestal are a pain to store. I have surround sound with the subwoofer under the sofa and don't want to damage that or the wiring by storing these items there.

I like the idea of the table/tray mounted on the arm.

I think we can still do both...but I would probably cut the table size down slightly.
Also, with the insert tables, the arms would probably not be removable. The thing is...I don't know how many people actually know that the arms are removable. Not much of a selling feature if you only find out a year later.

We can't decide on dinette vs the sofa and are holding our ordering a new 24r/2400r. Can you tell me the pros and cons of both options? And which option is the more popular one?
We are coming from an RV RPod where the dinette was most uncomfortable to sit in for reading, iPad work and just conversations for more than an hour. We also will be traveling with dogs, and want as much floor space as possible.

Then there is your answer.
Dinette is probably more popular, but we've been getting a lot of orders for sofas lately. It also depends if you need it to make into a bed. If not, then you can do dual recliners with little arm tables.

I didn't know I had a third option (recliners)...Where can I find a photo or video showing this option and with "side arm tables?

Or do I have small tables near the "turn around" seats in the MBS version?

They come with little drop in tables (airplane type) now. I was just showing what the recliners look like.

Wonderful! I am don't mean to be asking so much of you but we really want to place our order in the next day or two...How can I get more information on this "recliner option"? Size of tables, where and how they retract?, how far do the recliner go back etc? Do I call FR corporate?
