Solera 24R to debut at the Hershey RV Show

Sorry for the delay...but I finally got a clean copy of the floor plan. It will officially debut next week at the Hersey RV Show. I'm at an show in Boise, ID this weekend, but once I get back I'll take some interior pictures.

This will be the first rear queen bed in a Mercedes that will offer your choice of sofa or dinette.

Wow 2 slides! That's great. People really seem to like a walk-around queen bed. And the shower looks huge! Can't wait to see the photos

Hey Bclemens, shot in the dark, do you know by any chance when they'll start making Soleras using the Ford Transit?

Ford is not in any big hurry. E450 will stick around through this decade...I think it will still be a couple of years before we see anything.

Not a Serta, not hinged. It's built like the 2250...so it's wedged. We tested a competitors slide out bed and they build it in 2 separate pieces...we could feel the gap when sleeping. The wedge shape lets the rear section ride up over the front section when bringing the slide in and avoids a gap in the mattress. I'll see if I can get some memory foam built in there.

Sorry, the pics will be delayed slightly. I went out there and the cabinet doors aren't on yet. I'll try again tomorrow, but then after that I'm off to the Portland, OR RV Show.

Here at least is some proof I went out there.

I like this floor plan makes me wish I'd waited another year to get my. But I'm not sorry that I did, as I've had no trouble with my Solera at all.
